BLOCK PRINTING

Who doesn't love to know what goes on behind the scenes.

Well I am proud to show you how I create my my hand printed fabrics. Each individual block is approx 8 x 8cm in size and is individually printed one by one which is why each piece of fabric is so unique.

My lino blocks are hand carved myself and each design is doodled over and over until I find the perfect one. I take my inspiration from all around me but mainly based on my natural surroundings here in the Lincolnshire Wolds. My favourite time of year is early summer when all of the flowers start to bloom and everything looks so lush.
